As a SharePoint Developer , you’ll split your time between two exciting focus areas:

• Power Platform Development : Design and build custom applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. You'll have the chance to innovate, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring big ideas to life.
• IT Support : Be the go-to expert for solving hardware, software, and network issues. From onboarding new employees to maintaining critical systems, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience developing solutions on the Power Platform .
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
• US Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Security Clearance .

If you’re familiar with JSON , XML , and frameworks like Agile or TDD, that’s a plus! Bonus points for completing Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or similar).

• Hands-on experience creating innovative solutions with the Power Platform and integrating diverse data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, and APIs.
