Part time - Seasonal position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outdoor Guide – Hunting & Fishing to support individual and group expeditions in alignment with client entertainment and operational needs. Under close supervision, this role is responsible for planning and executing outdoor excursions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and guide hunting and fishing trips based on expert knowledge of terrain, wildlife habits, and optimal locations.
• Transport guests, equipment, and supplies to and from designated outdoor areas.
• Educate guests on applicable hunting and fishing laws to ensure full legal compliance.
• Instruct individuals or groups in the proper use of hunting and fishing gear.
• Administer basic first aid in the event of injury.
• Support the maintenance and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Provide care for animals used in outdoor activities.
• Ensure an enjoyable, safe, and respectful experience in natural settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hunting, fishing, and camping within the outdoor recreation or guide industry.
• Extensive knowledge of local wildlife, terrain, and outdoor safety practices.
• Ability to work in remote environments and variable weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic first aid certification preferred. Non-Commercial Driver’s License required.
