Responsibilities

• Assist in providing industry expertise and manage large clients as a true business advisor, focusing on technology and business innovations.
• Build and maintain client relationships while managing teams of tax professionals and contributing to external market activities.
• Stay updated on current tax practices, especially the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), and its implications for global companies.
• Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience with income taxes, ASC 740, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in Taxation from an accredited university; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license or equivalent. Candidates without an approved credential at start have one year to obtain it.
• Experience with tax provision software like Onesource and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of global tax regulations and international compliance.
• Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal, and written communication skills.
