We are looking for a skilled and proactive WFH Administrative Assistant/Online Chat Representative to provide high-quality administrative support and virtual assistance to military clients. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing incoming online chat inquiries, assisting military personnel with their requests, and offering prompt and accurate solutions. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records to support day-to-day operations efficiently.
