Now Hiring: Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers - Charlotte, NC and Surrounding Areas Starting a new career in trucking can feel challenging, especially when many companies require experience you don't yet have. What We Offer: - Immediate openings : 21 positions available
- Paid training : $650/week during your first 30 days
- Competitive pay after training : $1,200-$1,500+ per week (based on route)

What to Expect: - A straightforward and fast hiring process
- Professional hands-on training with experienced trainers
- Four weeks of on-the-road training ($650/week) with real-world driving experience
- Opportunities in dry van, reefer, and flatbed divisions
- A solid foundation to build your OTR resume, even if you begin regionally or with dedicated runs
Orientation & Training Process: - Submit your application we will call you for a short phone interview
- Complete paperwork and online application
- Application reviewed by a intake specialist
- Attend a 1.5-day orientation
- Begin 4 weeks of paid training (not home during this period)
- After training you will take a 2-5 day break at home, it's up to you how long.
- Meet with fleet manager to select your route and start as a full-time solo driver
Requirements: - At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical
- Recent graduate (within 2 years) of a Class A CDL training program (minimum 120 hours) - completion certificate required
- Clean driving record (no pending tickets) No +15 over speeding tickets in the last 2 years. No more than 1 DUI in your life time.
- Accident report required for any incidents within 5 years
- Copies of any tickets from the last 3 years
- Able to pass all DOT requirements, including hair or urine
- Clear background check
- Willing and able to start within the next few weeks
