\n\nJob Description\n

Join our team on a cardiac stepdown unit that provides advanced care for patients with various cardiac conditions. The unit specializes in treating conditions such as congestive heart failure (CHF), myocardial infarction (MI), chest pain (CP), arrhythmia, and pulmonary hypertension, among others. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Monitor and manage patients with cardiac conditions.
\n
• Administer medications, including titratable cardiac IV medications.
\n
• Perform bedside cardioversion as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Stepdown or progressive care experience.
\n
• Telemetry experience.
\n
• Experience with titratable cardiac IV medications such as nitroglycerin, Cardizem, amiodarone, and others.
\n
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
\n
