On-Call Pool & Beach Service Attendant

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On-Call Pool & Beach Service Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Service Attendant will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to and provide guests with food and beverage, water, and amenity service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fulfill all reasonable guest requests or requirements with a sense of urgency and poise; anticipate guest needs.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in OhanaPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

What You Bring:

• Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Experience required by position is three (3) months to one (1) full year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.

Schedule & Hours:

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
