\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to provide outstanding care in a fast-paced environment, responding to the evolving needs of our patients.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs and develop a personalized care plan.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ECG rhythms and report significant changes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using Epic.
\n
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
\n
• MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND.
\n
• AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
\n
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months is required.
\n
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
\n
