Location: New York City

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 base + generous discretionary bonus

Work Arrangement: 5 days in office

As a Technology Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across the firm's engineering and technology teams. You'll work on a diverse range of technical roles, from core software and infrastructure hires to emerging areas that align with the firm's evolving needs.

This firm places a strong emphasis on quality over quantity , valuing meaningful relationships over rigid hiring metrics. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop tailored search strategies and collaborate with external recruitment partners to build high-caliber talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced technology hires, from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and drive best-in-class hiring practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Engage with external recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape to anticipate hiring needs.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to strengthen employer branding.

About You

• 5 - 7 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pipelines and executing complex searches.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work with discretion and professionalism in a confidential environment.
