Our client is a growing investment advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida, that focuses on investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design, and family office services. They are currently recruiting for their Executive office, which covers various entities, and are looking for a Strategic Projects Associate to join their team in their Tampa, FL office (this is a 5-day onsite role for 90 days, then 4 days hybrid)

Your New Role

This role is supporting the Chief of Staff in driving key initiatives across a dynamic single-family office. In this role, you’ll serve as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership- ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum on high-impact projects. You’ll help manage strategic priorities, prepare executive-level documentation and presentations, track KPIs and OKRs, and keep cross-functional efforts on course. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO’s office and gain exposure to investment strategy, operations, and executive decision-making.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or professional services
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with financial services jargon
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to carry yourself professionally and act as a trusted representative of the CEO
