CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Create and implement Individualized Education Programs tailored to student needs.
* Teach students using modified curriculum and adaptive techniques.
* Assess academic and behavioral growth; adjust plans as needed.
* Coordinate with general ed teachers, support staff, and parents.
* Implement strategies for positive behavior and classroom management.
