We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects effectively and efficiently. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.

• Support Agile teams in identifying and removing obstacles that hinder productivity.

• Monitor and track team performance using metrics such as burndown charts and other key performance indicators.

• Foster an environment of collaboration and transparency to encourage open communication within the team.

• Guide teams in adhering to Scrum principles and practices, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Partner with stakeholders to manage product backlogs and set priorities effectively.

• Advocate for continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress to stakeholders.

• Promote a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.

• Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance on Agile methodologies.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
• Proficient in using Agile tools and techniques, including burndown charts and backlog management.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead productive meetings and discussions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve team impediments effectively.
• Familiarity with coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
• A commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
