You are a talented, dynamic professional able to offer analytical, problem solving and communication skills with proven business acumen. Your role will be focused on planning, developing, implementing and overseeing the company’s sales and marketing initiatives and projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • This is a full P&L with revenue feeding in from the distributor network.
  • Support a team of distributors, employees and marketing team to deliver sales or business targets.
  • Design and build new business models.
  • Design and implement a Business Market Combination business model to penetrate new areas of business.
  • Provide support in the appointment and management of employees and distributors.
  • Maintain good practices including the processes for selecting and growing distributor network
  • Building and managing strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services to improve the growth of the business enterprises, and achieve the projected budget growth targets
  • Improve the employee engagement score in the organization.
  • Participate in the Business networks to build better business environment with government bodies and potential distributors
  • Responsible for delivering training programs for employees and distributors.

Technology :

  • Responsible for the online sales of our brand. Oversee the look and feel of the company’s website and apps.
  • Oversees feasibility researches, estimates project timeline and cost.
  • Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
  • Work with marketing or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
  • Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making website mobile capable.

Product Development/Branding

  • Develop and execute on a product roadmap that solves customer problems and has a positive impact on the business.
  • Work closely with key internal partners, including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations, to guide prioritization and ensure that product development is focused, impactful, and iterative.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Integrate user research, market research, and data analysis into the product development process to create experiences our riders, studio staff, and instructors love.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the product development process and culture.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with software development agencies where necessary.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative product features.

- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products.

- Work hands-on with designers, engineers, health science professionals and business

executives to implement and build new features that meet our standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Having completed an MBA is a plus.
  • 7 to 10 years’ of working experience with proven team management skills
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Experience within the Direct Sales industry is preferred.
  • Strong inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Industry experience in e-commerce, B2C or retail experience is valuable.
  • Commercial background with solid business development or key account experience

  • Experience in delivering effective communication through various channels and mediums.
  • Ability to work on a strategic and tactical level.
  • Skilled in professional and effective presentation of products.

  • Strong adaptability and a desire to pursue and grow your career in a dynamic working environment.
