Company Description

Lead the sales and marketing efforts for Red Bull within On-Premise accounts in the assigned region, working collaboratively with a team of Musketeers. The Regional On-Premise Manager (ROPM) will be responsible for training, coaching, developing, and evaluating the Musketeers to build a high-performing team. Additionally, the ROPM will oversee the development of the brand's image in On-Premise channels, ensure effective and comprehensive area coverage by the Musketeers, and consistently optimize the return on investment for Red Bull.

Enhances the brand's image through customer interactions and personal style.

AREA MANAGEMENT

Ensures comprehensive, intelligent, and efficient coverage of the area by Musketeers.

Builds and sustains relationships with key On-Premise partners.

Spends at least four days a week in the field working alongside Musketeers.

Effectively manages partnership agreement payments and budgets.

Demonstrates professional and appropriate conduct during both day and night visits.

Analyzes regional and account-specific data to identify key business drivers.

Manages the team to ensure On-Premise account staff have a thorough understanding of the brand and Red Bull execution standards.

Ensures Musketeers properly service accounts to boost sales.

Guarantees premium On-Premise activations and High 5 execution at third-party events within On-Premise venues.

Utilizes global and national activities/events in strategically selected venues.

Allocates resources to maximize return on investment, continuously enhancing dollar-per-case spending.

Monitors market trends and maintains competitive data analysis.

STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING & EXECUTION

Implements national and regional business plans.

Ensures that both short-term and long-term strategies and activities align with RBNA guidelines.

Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment and continuously improves cost-per-case spending.

Assists in developing the business plan and budget for the business unit.

MANAGING & COACHING

Provides guidance, training, and leadership to Musketeers to achieve desired outcomes.

Effectively coaches Musketeers by recognizing their strengths and areas for improvement.

Motivates and inspires the team to achieve success through various initiatives.

Consistently seeks out and engages potential qualified candidates to join the team.

Monitors market trends and maintains data on competitors.

Maintains effective communication with RBNA, customers, and distributors.

EXECUTION STANDARDS

Visibility: The Regional Operations Manager (ROPM) collaborates with the Operations Manager (OPM) to ensure visibility is strategically staged to optimize sales.

Menu Listings and Cooler Facings: The ROPM ensures Red Bull products are listed and displayed in accordance with Red Bull North America (RBNA) guidelines and planograms.

Perfect Serve: The ROPM works with the OPM to guarantee that a cold Red Bull can is served to consumers either as part of a cocktail or as a stand-alone beverage.

Pricing: The ROPM collaborates with the OPM to promote optimal pricing for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails across all managed accounts, in alignment with RBNA guidelines.

Consumption Activation: The ROPM works with the OPM to implement appropriate consumption activation tools and communication materials.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge, contacts, and experience in the on-premise beverage industry, with a strong understanding of "the scene."

4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.

More than 2 years of management experience, preferably within the on-premise beverage industry.

Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.

Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.

Creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Self-driven and capable of working independently.

Thorough understanding and alignment with the Musketeer profile.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
