• Rocking contracts with sellers like a negotiation ninja.
• Keeping MLS listings fresh and flawless.
• Scheduling inspections, open houses, and making things happen like clockwork.
• Tracking and showcasing sales activity to keep our team looking.

Responsibilities

•Arrange all buyers' showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
•Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
•Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
•Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
•Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell

Qualifications

•Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
•Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
•Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one Blake Sloan Real Estate
