Description:: Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Lead, the Quality Assurance Intern will gain hands on experience and understanding of how to deliver well tested and high-quality applications to our clients and provide essential feedback to the engineering team during the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Learn AI test automation with machine learning using Functionize
• Learning automation analysis to ensure that automation is taking place at the appropriate level of the test pyramid
• Web based testing on various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) and platforms (PCs and mobile devices.)
• Support and participate in the QA processes during the Software Development Lifecycle
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current active student status and enrollment towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or active enrollment in a similarly related professional certification or degree program
• Familiarity and willingness to learn how to write User Interface tests via machine learning tool
• Familiarity and willingness to learn Postman or similar API testing tool
• Ability to prioritize and complete deliverable items
• Familiarity with SQL and relational DBs a plus
• Analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
• Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.

Position Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $20.00/hour.
