Overview Liquified Agency is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Agency team in our Sarasota, FL office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready for extensive growth opportunities in a fast-paced agency environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute projects and campaigns, conduct research, assist with new business outreach, and handle day-to-day administrative support. Because this is an immediate hire, candidates must already be within a commutable distance. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in driving brand awareness and supporting business growth through a wide range of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies. Stay up to date on industry trends, insights, and best practices. Draft and edit content for cross-platform marketing materials. Proof and edit client-facing deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and quality. Help coordinate internal project workflows, route deliverables, and support team communications. Maintain marketing databases, reports, and documentation. Assist with project timelines, status updates, and milestone tracking. Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting agendas, note-taking, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Identify prospect opportunities within provided guidelines. Conduct email outreach, maintain CRM records, and answer inquiries from interested prospects. Attend relevant internal and client meetings where appropriate. Organize project documentation, timelines, and status updates. Possess/portray a strong positive, professional attitude at all times and work effectively in a team environment. Help track budgets and expenditures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of hands-on marketing experience (brand, agency, or in-house). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
