***Maintenance Mechanic – Multiple Openings (Anaheim Area)***

General Responsibilities (NOT EXCLUSIVELY TIED TO ONE POSITION)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues .
• Complete machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to support production needs.
• Maintain accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and parts usage.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades .
• Perform fabrication, welding, and machining when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMPs, and quality standards .
• Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

General Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food, plastics, molding, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics .
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals .
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience is a plus.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement .
• Certifications such as OSHA 10/30, Welding Certification, or related trade training a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
