Job Overview:

A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Financial Analysis team. This high-impact role partners directly with leadership across legal departments, practices, and industry groups, delivering strategic insights, financial modeling, and performance tracking. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior chairs and executives to assess performance against goals, uncover trends, and guide strategic planning. Law Firm Experience and Accounting Experience are a must.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage finance-related projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and practice-area research to support strategic initiatives.
• Build advanced financial models and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend strategies for improved performance and monitor progress against economic targets.
• Analyze client performance data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Safeguard sensitive, confidential, and proprietary financial information.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of analytical experience in finance within a professional services or large corporate environment.
• Strong financial modeling expertise and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects.
• Knowledge of market research tools and financial reporting.
• At least 2 years of leading projects or strategic initiatives.
• Experience in client-facing or customer-focused roles preferred.
• Law Firm Experience and Accounting Experience are a must.
