You’ll help design and deliver training programs that keep a skilled workforce safe, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle the challenges of modern energy systems — including topics like Digital Control Systems , Lock Out Tagout (LOTO) , and Electrical Switching . What You’ll Do Design and develop instructor‑led and on‑the‑job training for apprenticeships in Power Generation — including inspection software, dam safety, and control systems. Conduct front‑end and task analysis to identify learning needs and technical requirements. Develop engaging training materials — from guides, videos, and simulations to assessments and hands‑on exercises . Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. Define learning objectives and course structures that support real‑world performance. Write clear and effective instructional content tailored for technical audiences. Gather feedback, refine materials, and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused training. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience developing technical instructor‑led and hands‑on training . Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies . Proven ability to perform task and front‑end analysis . Excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams skills. Strong communication and time management skills — comfortable balancing multiple priorities. Bonus Points For Experience designing training for inspections, LOTO, dam safety, PLCs , or instrumentation & control systems . Familiarity with QuestionMark , Author‑It , or Articulate Storyline .
