Requirements

• The successfully selected candidate will be a full-time employee supporting the DOD Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) contract, working with INDOPACOM to gather needs and requirements for T&E solutions.
• Responsibilities include eliciting and capturing requirements, working with system engineers to define solutions, documenting scenarios, collaborating with operational communities, leading teams, and planning resources.
• Must have an active U.S. government TS/SCI clearance.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (technical discipline preferred) or experience substitution.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Systems Engineering, Military Operations and Experimentation, and participation in large distributed test events.
• Experience with digital environments supporting T&E for INDOPACOM.

Preferred Education, Experience And Knowledge

• Technical Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience at OSD or DOD Service-level in Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, LVC Environments, Test Analysis, and related networks.
• Knowledge of DoD programs, middleware protocols, and TRMC initiatives.
• Experience supporting T&E needs for various US military commands.

Compensation

$170,000-213,000, based on experience and internal parity.
