Job Description
This is an entry level Full Desk Recruiter role. No experience is necessary, just be coachable, eager to learn, and, most importantly, money hungry! We do offer a salary on a draw for new recruiters, but you want to get to the point when you're commission only. Commissions are uncapped, earning potential is unlimited and our commission structure is TOP TIER. You will need to be in the office for at least four days out of the week. It is possible to take a remote day. Office is located in White Plains, NY. We're looking for someone who is good on the phone. You will be making calls all day. Must deal with rejection well (you're going to hear "No!" and get hung up on a lot in this line of work. Rejection must "roll off your back." You must be un-phased by it.) A willingness to step outside your comfort zone will be key here. This is a full time job, 40 hours a week, minimum. The more time you're willing to put in the more money you will earn. Dress code for the office is business casual. No tie necessary, but wear a button up shirt with a collar and slacks. No jeans, no sneakers. If you're in the office, Friday is "casual Friday." You can wear jeans, t-shirts and sneakers on Fridays. The office environment is professional, but FUN! If you're not having fun, you're not doing the job right!
