Role Overview A well‑established real estate firm is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for assigned properties. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss analysis, and variance reviews. Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and recovery calculations. Assist with property‑level accounting for tenant billings, common area maintenance, and expense reconciliations. Participate in special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance or related business degree considered. 0+ years of accounting experience; internship experience highly preferred. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong Excel skills and general systems aptitude. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn from experienced mentors.
