Under the general direction of the Program and Project Supervisor, the analyst will work on policy development and program implementation, collaborating with other Energy Division groups to ensure consistency and coordination. Responsibilities include conducting research on complex problems, managing work products and timelines for CPUC proceedings, organizing stakeholder meetings, summarizing policy proposals, assisting with proceeding documents, and legislative analysis. The analyst should have knowledge of customer generation programs, community solar programs, and market trends. The role involves working with utilities, state agencies, and stakeholders to ensure activities align with Commission decisions and policies, advancing state interests.
