Job Description

We’re hiring a Dispatcher (Logistics Coordinator) to join our growing Expedite Department in Independence, MO. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take charge of logistics and  operations.You’ll play a key part in coordinating time-sensitive shipments across the U.S. and Canada, managing communication with drivers and customers, and helping us maintain top-tier service. Responsibilities
 Dispatch and manage expedited freight and NFO freight across the U.S. and Canada
 Source loads from load boards and existing customer relationships
 Communicate clearly with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
 Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any service issues
 Maintain accurate dispatch records and load documentation
 Assist with quoting, tracking, and updating shipment statuses
 Respond quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
 Strong communication and multitasking abilities
 Comfortable working with Gmail
 Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
 Organized and detail-oriented
 Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks
 Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
 Experience in logistics (ground and air), dispatch, or transportation is a plus

Compensation
 Pay: Hourly $21- $26 plus Commission.
