We’re a rapidly expanding event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team looking to bring on Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives for immediate start dates. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our live events, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns for nonprofit and purpose-driven clients. Your role centers around providing helpful, friendly interactions that strengthen community engagement and increase awareness for important causes.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, event support, public engagement, or fundraising.
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, outreach pop-ups, and promotional sites
Greet attendees, answer questions, and clearly communicate campaign goals
Assist with event setup, registration, tear-down, and materials distribution
Engage with community members to promote awareness and encourage involvement
Deliver excellent customer service in fast-moving event environments
Document guest interactions and provide event feedback to the team
Work closely with event leads and outreach coordinators to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
No prior experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training .
