Job Title:- Social Impact Associate

Duration:- 14+ Months

Location:- Indianapolis, IN(5 Days Onsite)

Position Overview: The Social Impact Project Associate is responsible for mapping and documenting Employee Engagement Volunteer and Giving Programs while supporting Employee Engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving and supporting initiatives that maximize social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Documentation: Lead efforts to map and document Social Impact programs and processes, creating a playbook for onboarding and operations.
• Communication: Maintain communication strategies to keep employees informed about volunteering and giving opportunities.
• Program Support: Coordinate and promote employee volunteer opportunities, create toolkits, and manage rosters, schedules, and communications.
• Initiative Development: Assist in designing and supporting new Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Marketing: Develop and execute internal marketing strategies for volunteer opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Assist in implementing process improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, communications, philanthropy, non-profit management, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, organization, research, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint), data management, and online communication platforms.
• Attributes: Passion for social impact, ethical conduct, confidentiality, teamwork, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
