Job Description

Our client is experiencing continued growth and is seeking to add a Bilingual Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to their team. This person will be responsible for handling moderate to complex Commercial Auto claims, including vehicle damage and limited bodily injury exposures in Southern Texas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in liability investigations, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in San Antonio or Southern Texas region.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle a caseload of commercial auto claims from start to finish, including property damage and minor to moderate bodily injury
• Investigate loss details through phone calls, written communication, and direct contact with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and attorneys
• Determine liability through the review of police reports, statements, and scene documentation
• Assess damages and negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws
• Identify and refer suspected fraud for further investigation
• Document claim files thoroughly and accurately throughout the claims lifecycle
• Collaborate with defense counsel as needed, particularly in BI-related files that escalate
• Maintain compliance with jurisdictional regulations and internal service standards
• Provide timely and professional communication to all involved parties

Requirements:

• 3 to 7+ years of experience handling commercial auto claims, including some bodily injury exposure
• TX Adjuster licenses required
• Bilingual required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze coverage and assess exposure effectively

Salary/Benefits:
