Co-Founder / Business Partner Brand, Marketing, US Expansion

Zip Zap Chargers is an Australianfounded consumer tech brand preparing to relocate operations to the United States and launch its next phase of global expansion. Founded by a solo founder Bailey Page in 2021, Zip Zap has already achieved significant traction, Achieving over seven figures in sales, Proprietary designs protected by registered patents, secured toptier supply chain partnerships including with Samsung and the world's largest power bank supplier, and proven strong consumer demand. The next chapter is the US market, and we are seeking a Business Partner to shape and scale our presence from day one.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptionally driven, commercially minded operator to join as a Business Partner / CoFounder, working directly alongside the Founder to scale Zip Zap into a globally recognised consumer brand, starting in the United States.

Who Were Looking For

  • Scaling startups or earlystage businesses
  • Brand strategy, storytelling, and positioning
  • Performance marketing, social media, and growth channels
  • Ecommerce and/or retail experience
  • Building and leading highperformance teams
  • Operational execution in fastmoving environments
  • Track record of results

Ideally, You Have

  • Experience as a founder, senior marketing leader, or operator
  • A track record of building a company from the ground up or played a key role in a companies growth success.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics category (Not essential)
  • You are highly motivated, handson, and passionate about building a company & its culture.
  • A strong US network and access to venture capital, private equity, and/or family office contacts
  • Proven ability or track record in raising capital.

Your Role as Business Partner

Working sidebyside with the Founder, you will lead the marketing and gotomarket engine of Zip Zaps US expansion.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Owning and executing endtoend marketing strategy across all social and digital platforms
  • Building and running a scalable content engine, tailored for an ecommercefirst business
  • Planning, launching, and optimising gotomarket campaigns alongside the Founder
  • Driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and community engagement
  • Hiring, managing, and leading a highperformance marketing and content team
  • Collaborating on investor storytelling and supporting capitalraising efforts through brand, narrative, and strategic introductions

As a business partner, you will play a central role in shaping how Zip Zap shows up in the world - defining its voice, presence, and market execution as the company scales globally.

Equity & Upside

This is a true partnership opportunity with the ability to acquire a meaningful equity stake in the business as well as a negotiated salary. Zip Zap is currently valued in the high seven to eightfigure range, growing at more than 250% YOY over the past 24 months, with a clear path to significantly expand internationally as the company looks to raises capital to facilitate high growth.
