Job Description

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Under limited supervision, manages Enterprise Data and Analytics analyst team, drives data-driven decision-making and business strategy through the effective management of Business Intelligence projects. Oversees the successful delivery of BI projects and initiatives.

Starting salary: $110k/yr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Intelligence projects, ensuring that they are
completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholders' requirements. (PM)
? Allocates resources effectively to Business Intelligence projects, including personnel, budget, and technology
resources, to ensure successful project outcomes. (PM)
? Serves as the lead for all business development and primary point of contact for business service lines.
Requires facilitating meeting, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
? Works closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Business Intelligence projects and
translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
? Evaluates, selects, and implements BI tools and technologies that best meet the organization's needs and
goals, considering factors such as scalability, usability, and cost-effectiveness.
? Provides leadership and guidance to the Business Development team, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
? Establishes and enforces quality standards and best practices for BI project delivery, ensuring that
deliverables meet the organization's standards of excellence.
? Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the BI team, identifying opportunities to enhance
processes, tools, and methodologies.
? Oversees the daily administration and management of administrative service functions and supervises the
Administrative associates including hiring, training, and ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
? Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent
experience. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
? Experience working with Agile or other interative project management methodologies
? Experience working with data warehousing concepts, tools, methodologies and reporting.
? Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
? 2 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
? Experience working with Microsoft Power BI

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
? Experience in Microsoft ecosystem. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, with a focus on project
management and team leadership.
? Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project
budgets, and overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
? Proficiency in BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms, with
experience in tool selection, implementation, and optimization.
? Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques, with the ability to interpret and communicate
complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
? Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals
and objectives.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive and confidential
situations and documentation.
? Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and
Federal Bureau of Investigation, per Easterseals Southern California and/or program requirements.
? Must pass all drug testing required by ESSC.
