Are you a skilled Xactimate user with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for property restoration? Restoration Network is looking for a seasoned estimator to join our team and help us continue delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality service on fire, water, and storm damage claims. If you’ve been in the trenches, know the difference between a real scope and fluff, and are ready to work with a company that values precision and pays well, this is your shot. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Create detailed, accurate estimates in Xactimate for mitigation and reconstruction • Perform site inspections to scope fire, water, storm, and mold losses • Communicate directly with adjusters, homeowners, and project managers • Review supplements, negotiate approvals, and assist in claim resolution • Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth job execution Qualifications: ✅ What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of experience in estimating insurance restoration claims • Advanced proficiency in Xactimate (Level 2+ preferred)• Strong knowledge of IICRC standards and building codes • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines • Team player with a solutions-first mindset What You’ll Get: • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Supportive team environment and strong internal systems • Opportunity to grow into senior estimator or estimating manager role • Health benefits, PTO, and tools needed to succeed About Company: Restoration Network is where motivated people come to grow.
