Warehouse Supervisor II

📍 Location: St. Louis, MO (Berkeley, MO)

💰 Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus

A rapidly expanding American discount retail company is looking for Warehouse Supervisors to support operations at its distribution center in Berkeley, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This will be a 2nd shift position.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the receipt, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipment of merchandise.
• Supervise teams handling rolling stock equipment and/or automated machinery as needed.
• Ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a high-volume distribution center.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.

✔ Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations.

✔ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .

✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and attention to detail .

✔ Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs. Must be open to 2nd shift .

✔ Experience handling perishable food is a plus!
