**Role Overview**
We are seeking a talented and creative freelance full-time UI/UX Designer to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to create user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also provide an exceptional user experience. You will be a key player in transforming concepts into engaging digital experiences that support students on their academic journeys.
**What You Will Do**

* Advocate for UI/UX best practices, demonstrating the critical value of design in product development.
* Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them to improve our platform and user experience.

**What You Bring**
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with solid proficiency in English.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in the education, technology, or related sectors.
* Proven experience in designing both mobile and web applications, with a deep understanding of responsive web design principles.
* Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
* Familiarity with Apple’s, Google’s, and general UI/UX guidelines.
* Experience in designing for multiple screens and devices, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
* Willingness to work full-time as a freelancer, contributing your expertise to our mission.
