As a UI/UX Designer at FreshAhead, you'll craft intuitive digital experiences that redefine how agricultural professionals work. 🎯 What You'll Do
Design Exceptional User Experiences
- Create intuitive solutions and information architectures.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Establish and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system.
Drive User-Centered Research
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and research.
- Translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Innovate Beyond Convention
- Challenge industry norms with innovative design concepts.
- Stay ahead of trends, design tools, and best practices.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, and customer success.
- Ensure accurate implementation and optimal user experience.
🙌 Who You Are
- 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience ( B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven portfolio showcasing innovation and clear problem-solving.
- Skilled in Figma , prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
