Job Details

• Temp Radiation Therapist position at Brigham & Women's Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham in Boston, Massachusetts.
• Candidate expected to fulfill all job responsibilities of staff radiation therapist including warm-ups, closing shifts, and chart checks.
• 4 years' experience preferred.
• Previous traveling experience preferred.

• 4 years of experience preferred in Radiation Therapy specialty.
• Previous traveling experience preferred but not explicitly required.
• Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date.
• MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding.
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in skillset.
• MGB Education Verification through background check company.
• MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.

Schedule Information

• Shifts will vary day to day and week to week based on patient volume.
• Candidate expected to participate in warm-ups, closing shifts, and chart checks.

Additional Details

• Previous traveling experience preferred but not explicitly required.
• MGB Badge Photo requirements: color photo taken in past 6 months, no selfies, no filters, plain background, symmetrical headshot, shoulders up, look straight, no eyeglasses.
