Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience. Education Bachelors Degree: College of Pharmacy (Required) Doctorate Degree: PharmD (Preferred) Experience 1 Year experience working in hospital, or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred) License/Certifications RPH-LIC - PA Pharmacist License (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred)
