Raisso is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Delta, Colorado.
Essential Responsibilities: Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and physical exams. Monitoring patients for any changes in condition and responding appropriately. Recognizing signs of complications such as infections, blood clots, or respiratory distress. Assessing and dressing surgical wounds to promote healing and prevent infections. Assisting in post-operative care, including mobility assistance and pain management. Educating patients on incision care, activity restrictions, and recovery expectations. Requirements: CO/Multi State RN License- Required Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association- required AHA ACLS- Required
