ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts with options for day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or night shift (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM)
\n• Every other weekend requirement: Friday and Saturday for nights, Saturday and Sunday for day shift
\n• Holiday rotation to distribute holidays fairly
\n• Multi-care unit with variable patient ratios based on acuity: ICU 1:2, PCU 1:4, MST 1:5-6
\n• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required, or 1 year ICU plus 1 year PCU/Med-Surg with strong skills from larger facilities
\n• Must pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% score within two attempts prior to contract signing
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Must titrate drips including sedation, vasopressors, and insulin
\n• Care for medical ICU patients with diagnoses including sepsis, suicide attempts, drug/alcohol withdrawal, COPD, respiratory arrest, pneumonia, DKA, and post-op complications
\n• Perform 12-lead EKGs and monitor ICU patients via bedside cardiac monitors
\n• Float to other units including EC MST, Pediatric unit, and West Campus in Prescott for ICU/PCU patients
\n• May be placed on standby rotation during low census periods
\n• Any scrub color permitted except camouflage
\n• Chart using Cerner system
\n• BSN not required
