\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. This role entails managing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care processes.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
\n
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
\n
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
\n
• Previous experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
