Tour Guide (Part-Time)
Onsite | 2530 hours per week

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Tour Guide to lead engaging experiences at a world-class manufacturing and corporate headquarters facility. This role is responsible for managing and delivering factory tours, supporting onsite events, and ensuring an outstanding visitor experience through proactive planning, coordination, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule factory tours across enterprise facilities, partnering with on-site tour teams and security personnel
• Serve as a key point of contact for vetting, confirming, and documenting tour requests
• Deliver informative and engaging tours for guests, including VIPs, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Maintain and manage the tour coordination process using the Cvent event management platform
• Provide onsite support for corporate events and assist with conference room logistics
• Serve as a liaison between event stakeholders and Cvent builders to ensure successful execution
• Perform general administrative support tasks such as correspondence, invoice processing, filing, bill payments, and reporting
• Drive site vehicles such as a Gator as needed to facilitate tour logistics (valid drivers license required)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or administrative support
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries professionally
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; confident addressing groups of varying sizes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage changes or unforeseen issues with ease

Nice to Have

• Experience using the Cvent platform for event scheduling and coordination
• Prior experience supporting tours or events in a corporate or manufacturing environment
