Lead Tile and Grout Technician: The Grout Medic of Grapevine The Grout Medic is an established tile installation and maintenance company rooted in Grapevine, TX looking for experienced Tile and/or Grout Technicians to serve Mid-Cities & North Ft. Worth and surrounding areas. This technician should be patient, friendly, systematic, and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a tile installation and grout business background. The candidate must also be able to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.

Compensation / Bonus :
• TOP PAY: $25-$30 per hour *to commensurate w/experience (references needed for top pay) *
Tile experience preferred • Company Van Provided
• Bonus based on Customer Satisfaction / 5 Star Google Review
• FULL-TIME WORK. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED
• PAID HOLIDAYS after 90 days of employment (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• 1 WEEK PAID VACATION after 1 year of employment

The ideal candidate will: • Be patient, friendly, systematic and possess a keen eye for detail
• Have experience in tile installation and/or grout restoration
• Have experience working with silicone caulks and all types of grouts
• Possess the ability to follow procedure and respond to customers' needs
• Have a great work ethic and takes pride in your work
• Have a valid driving license with a clean driving record. No Exceptions!
• Have a cell phone
• Have a clean appearance
• Speak English well
• Be a U.S. citizen or have a work permit
• Be willing to submit to a background check
Services we offer to our customers:
• Tile Installation
• Re-grouting
• Re-caulking
• Grout cleaning
• Grout color sealing
• Tile repair
• Tile replacement
• Water damage repair behind tile only. (We don't do drywall repairs, but it's a plus if you have experience)
