We are searching for a Temporary Corporate Recruiter (approximately 3-6 months assignment) who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for headquarter roles at Dole Packaged Foods. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, understanding the specific needs of each department, and using various sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.

This role is primarily based at our Westlake Village CA office, with occasional work from home days depending on business needs.

• Candidate screening and interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Candidate experience management:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
• Recruitment process management:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with care.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:

• 4-6+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education & Certification:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• HR or recruiting certification a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA:

Hiring Pay Scale: $35 to $45 per hour
