Position Summary
The Technical Product Manager, Principal will define the product roadmap, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee the development and deployment of new features for customers. We seek a passionate technical product manager eager to drive business growth through innovative technology in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner/product manager collaborating with engineering teams to develop new features.
- Maintain a prioritized product roadmap and manage stakeholder requests.
- Create functional and technical requirements for development.
- Lead various aspects of the product development process including stand-ups, requirements gathering, testing, demos, and deployment.
- Monitor product success through KPIs and customer feedback to inform future improvements.
- Track and analyze product metrics, model the impact of features, and perform deep dives into data.
- Communicate effectively with design, engineering, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support sales by delivering product demos highlighting features and benefits.
Requirements
Experience and Education
- 15+ years of Product Management experience in Gaming.
- Experience with server-based or Class II gaming or similar in the industry.
- Understanding of application architecture and current technologies.
- Proven track record in end-to-end product development.
- Data-driven decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to extract and analyze product data from various sources.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Experience managing product features post-launch and scaling successful products.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Decisiveness with limited information and flexibility to pivot.
- Strong facilitation skills and focus on business results.
PREFERRED:
- POS application experience.
- Database querying skills.
- Coding experience, especially in C# and Microsoft development tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
- Low noise environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
