Job Description - Oversee and manage the company's tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct detailed tax research and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives and transactions.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Assist with audits and provide support for tax-related inquiries.

The Successful Applicant A successful Tax Manager should have:
- A strong background in tax management, particularly within the FMCG industry.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
