Talent Specialist & Recruiter

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping individuals find meaningful work and supporting local businesses in building strong teams. We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, communicates with heart, and is excited to make a real difference in their community.

What You'll Do:

• Support your community: Match hardworking individuals with great opportunities in industrial and clerical roles.
• Recruit & empower: Attract and engage job seekers, helping them take the next step in their careers.
• Build lasting relationships: Get to know local employers, understand their hiring needs, and help them grow with the right talent.
• Be a people champion: Onboard, support, and coach employees throughout their assignments.
• Stay organized & efficient: Maintain accurate records and reports while keeping pace with a dynamic work environment.
• Team up for success: Collaborate with a supportive team that values hard work, fun, and mutual respect.

Who You Are:

• 13 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred but not required.
• You're an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• You bring a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
• You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and using technology to stay organized.
• A bachelor's degree is a preferred.
