What to do
Handling incoming user requests (email, online chat)
Working with user accounts in CRM
Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures
Your superpowers
Your English is perfect (advanced)
Good spoken and written communication
You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations
Will be a valuable addition
Have experience working as support or call center operator
Knowledge of Spanish
Active CS2 player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers)
