Summer Sunshine & Smiles! Be a Summer Nanny for 3 Active Kids in South KC!
A fantastic family in south Kansas City is searching for a superstar summer nanny to join their team! This is the perfect opportunity for a responsible and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating lasting memories with children.
About the Family: This warm and active family has three energetic little ones - ages 2, 3, and 7 - who are ready for a summer filled with fun and learning! Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
About the Role: - Mornings (7:00 am - 9:00 am): Help the children get ready for the day, including preparing breakfast and assisting with playtime and activities.
- Activities & Entertainment (9:00 am - 2:00 pm): Plan and lead engaging activities like park visits, swimming outings (weather permitting!), creative play sessions, and educational games.
- Lunch & Snacks: Prepare healthy lunches and snacks throughout the day. (Bonus points if you have a knack for cooking!)
- Afternoon Fun: Help with nap time or quiet activities for the younger children and engage the older child with age-appropriate games or projects.
The Ideal Candidate: - Experience caring for children of similar ages (2-7 years old)
- Fun, energetic, and creative with a passion for keeping children engaged
- Professional, responsible, and organized with excellent communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Ability to plan and manage age-appropriate activities for all three children
- A love for fostering a child's curiosity and sense of adventure
- Bonus points for applicants with strong culinary skills!
