Responsibilities

As a Sports Team Manager, you will oversee operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and training staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Managing store opening and closing procedures.
• Driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and data analysis.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for creating an inspiring store environment.
• Merchandising knowledge in areas such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
• Willingness to work during all hours the store is open.
