Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a systems-minded, people-expert Spa Manager to lead the inception and operation of our newest venture, our spa & wellness center. This role is not just a job, it's a calling for someone who thrives in creating enchanting experiences that resonate on a profound level with our distinguished clientele.

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury spa setting
• A passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating transformative experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of financial management and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with smart technology and how it can enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for luxury service.
• Licensure as an aesthetician and/or massage therapist is preferred but not required

• Strategic Leadership: Help craft and execute the strategic vision for the spa that aligns with Bolt Farm Treehouse's ethos of luxury, wellness, and sustainability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all spa operations ensuring seamless integration of smart technology (heavy emphasis on automation) for an intuitive guest experience.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team, fostering an irresistible environment of excellence and growth.
• Guest Experience: Curate and enhance a portfolio of spa services that are not only luxurious but also deeply restorative, unforgettable, and so unique that Bolt Farm guests frequently return for this one-of-a-kind spa experience.
• Financial Acumen: Manage the spa's financials, maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of luxury.
