First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+ This position offers a structured path for ambitious agents who want to grow within a professional, results-driven environment and eventually move into a full Buyer’s Agent position. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow-up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
